Theatre workshops are for actors and non actors. If you would like to gain more confidence, express yourself in non judgemental environment, have fun, meet new people or try something new. Theatre workshops infuse fun warm-ups, acting games, improve, physical theatre, viewpoints, work on breathing and balancing as well as work on text.

Seventh Land Theatre company was founded in 2014 by Aggie Baral (Bryla). Company works with international actors, performers  and artists from different countries based in Ireland. Working with artists from different countries give us not only different characters but also heritage, culture and experience from their homeland. Seventh Land is focused on experimental theatre fusing different styles (physical theatre, dance, storytelling,  projection, sound) and using range of  techniques (devising, viewpoints, improvisation). Seventh Land Theatre in its work explores everyday life, its ups and downs. In Plays we like to explore issues which people should be more aware of.  Seventh Land Theatre is a company which in its work would like to give people hope and make a difference. Aggie also runs range of theatre workshops.
