Afternoon walks are our Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) cardio. we will introduce the benefits of a fast paced walk and how reaching a certain level of heart rate, we will be able to focus on fat burning! please wear comfortable shoes and always bring a raincoat (just incase). The more layers you wear, the better. Remember, the more you sweat, the more you burn fat!
