The Queen’s Reset is a four week live dance course with me and I am adding an empowering twist! DATES: every FRIDAY from 28/02 to 21/03 -> BACARDI - 10am <- -> AFRO TWERK + FEMALE DANCEHALL 11:15am <- You will transform your daily routine with energetic dance classes, mindful meal plans tailored to your goals and extra stretching and workout sessions: because you are not going to leave it for the next new year! The spots will be super limited, and you will be able to choose from 3 different plans.
