This class is for everyone who wants to learn how to make traditional Neapolitan Pizza the same way it is made in Naples. It is mainly a practical class but you will also learn all the theoretical aspects related to the preparation of the Neapolitan pizza and its ingredients.
You will learn how to prepare the dough, what the main ingredients are, how to make the disc and how to add the topping to it and how to cook it in a wood fired oven.
I will also provide a convenient user manual with historical references, recipes, technical details and the explanation of the processes happening during the preparation of the dough, that the guests will keep and can use when making their own pizza.
We'll also use a cooking technique invented by the famous British pizza makers Pilgrims Brothers involving the use of a domestic oven so you can cook a perfect Neapolitan Pizza even if you don't have a wood fired oven.
At the end of the day we'll enjoy together the pizzas we prepared and cooked:)
